3.4 Users

A system user is an individual using the intercom system. A system user may have

access to a zone or may be available on a quick dial button (name tag) of any intercom

in the system.

Creating user

Go to the tab.Users

Display the context menu in the item list.Add new user

Enter the user name and abbreviated name.

Enter the activation codes and set up a photo if necessary.

Press to confirm the user creation.Create

Assign one or more telephone numbers and a deputy to be called if the user is

unavailable . Enter the address of the PC ( ) on which theto each user Station Address

HipEye application is installed.

Assigning RFID Card to User

RFID cards are used for identifying a user in a system. One or more RFID cards can be

assigned to a user. The user RFID cards are edited in each user’s folder. Cards
